Mr. Qian has a Bachelor¡¯s degree of finance and a Master¡¯s degree of Economics. He was awarded a Certificate of Public Account and a Certificate of Public Tax Consultant. Earlier, he was with the Ministry of Treasury of China, China Construction Bank, Wuhan Jianyin Real Estate, Wuhan Huafeng Real Estate, and Hubei Jinye Accounting Firm. Mr. Qian is an expert in area of investment, reconstruction and financial management.
